The measurements are as follows:
Overall Length including the overhang of the roof – 159cm in total – 117 cm for big compartment, 42 for smaller compartment
The full height. height at front – 80cm, height at back 72 cm
The side height of the smaller compartment. height at front – 64cm, height at back – 57cm
Depth front to back including the overhang.69 cm
The measurements are the exact measurements of the hutch (I haven’t added anything on to make sure it will fit over etc, assume you do that?)

to include thermal lining and to be burgundy
